Real estate providers have a unique challenge. Their job is to build someone else's dream. Like a sculptor, they chip away at the wants and desires of homebuyers to produce a newly formed property deal. So how does a realtor separate him or herself from the competition? We designed a new brand identity for Burbach Roycroft, which will help distinguish Burbach Roycroft as an exclusive provider of rare properties.
Additional to the identity design, a concept for a landing page was developed. When reaching the website, the user has the choice to enter the visitor part of the website - open for all - or the exclusive members-only part, a protected online environment.
