With both a physical and a digital presence, OFF the record is a a vinyl record store for music afficinados of all kinds.
The logo consists of a custom logotype in a rather funky and more 'display' style of typography. The O being a graphic representation of a vinyl record should not need more explanation. Sometimes, being straightforward in your design choices is the best way to go.
If you've ever been to a vinyl record shop, you're probably familiar with the tabs that show different categories and genres. A lot of vinyl fans love diving in and flicking through all records. These tabs dividing the records were translated in a graphic system as part of the identity. This system can be used in differtent ways to display information, whether it's a poster or a social post.

This project was part of one of the briefs of Briefclub. Consider this project an exercise for stretching the creative muscles. If you made it this far reading this text, I'll put it bluntly: this store doesn't actually exist. But that's off the record.
